Our current catalog features Nina Woof — a PETA-approved brand crafting premium vegan leather accessories, plant-based waste bags, organic cotton toys, and natural grooming products. We look for items made from responsible, cruelty-free materials that minimize environmental impact without compromising on quality or safety for your pet.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Absolutely. We prioritize products that are free from harmful chemicals. Our Nina Woof grooming products are pet-safe and formulated with natural ingredients like Vitamin E, avocado oil, and shea butter. Our waste bags are certified compostable and biodegradable. Eco-friendly and pet-safe always go hand in hand for us.

What materials do you use in your products?

Our current catalog features a range of sustainable materials including soft vegan leather (collars, leashes, waste bag holders), organic cotton (dog toys), plant-based materials like sugar cane and PBAT/Cornstarch/PLA (waste bags), and natural ingredients like Vitamin E and shea butter (grooming). Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders $50.00 and over. For orders under $50.00, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer express shipping options at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please reach out to us at ecopetpack@gmail.com and we'll make it right. Full return policy details are available on our Refund Policy page. Please note that Mystery Collar purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do your collars and leashes come in different sizes?

Yes! Our Nina Woof collars are available in XS (9–12 in), S (12–15 in), M (15–19 in), and L (19–23 in) to fit all breeds. Leashes are 4 feet long. Check individual product pages for full size guides.
